Our Residence is fully accessible as it has a lift connecting all floors (including the laundry room and garage). The large parking area means that space is not an issue.
Below are some technical details on measurements:
- lift door width 80 cm, depth 135 cm and internal lift width 108 cm;
- flat door width 79 cm;
- corridors width 122 cm;
- structure entrance door 120 cm.

During the low season, the minimum stay is 2 nights. For the months of July and August, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with arrival and departure on Saturday.
Starting from November 1, 2015, a tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) has been introduced. Children under 14 years old are exempt from payment. This amount will be added to the total cost of your stay and must be paid directly at the property at the time of check-out.
By booking directly on our website, we guarantee the best price compared to any other portal.
A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The card will be used to charge or pre-authorize cancellation penalties as outlined below.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Cancellation with a penalty of 75% of the total booking amount is applicable from 29 to 15 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellation with a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount is applicable from 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• No-show, late arrival, or early departure will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
Cancellation penalties will only be charged in case of an actual cancellation of the booking as per the aforementioned conditions. In case of a failed charge or pre-authorization of a penalty, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
